As Z is the married brother in law of Y and every person having child has his/her spouse present in the family, Z has to be the father or father in law of Q but Z is younger than Q, it means that there are two persons in 1 st and 3 rd generations. Q must be in 1 st generation. Thus, Z is in 2 nd generation. X is the only nephew of S. S can be in 1 st or 2 nd generation. S cannot be in 1 st generation as then S has to be the sibling of Q but every person having child has his/her spouse present in the family. So, S is in 2 nd generation and X is the son of Z.
