Directions:Read the information given below and answer the questions that follow.

There are 8 floors in a college building. Out of the 8 floors, 2 are under renovation and are of no use currently. The other 6 are used as classrooms for teaching subjects Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English, Hindi and Economics. One floor is allotted for one subject only. The subjects are taught by the teachers A, B, C, D, E and F and each teacher teaches only one subject. The teachers belong to Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow, Kolkata, Patna and Ranchi, not necessarily in the same order.

The 2 vacant floors are below the 6 th floor (excluding the 6 th floor). The vacant floors aren’t adjacent to each other. D teaches Economics in the 1 st floor. Maths is taught in the 7 th floor. There are 3 floors between the floors in which Physics and English are taught. B is from Delhi. B’s class is 3 floors above D’s class. B has a knowledge of both Hindi and English. The floor in which English is taught is 3 floors below the floor in which Physics is taught, with only one vacant floor in between them. C is from Patna and lives in the floor just below one of the vacant floors. There are 2 floors between one of the vacant floors and the floor in which A teaches. E is from Mumbai and teaches in the 6 thfloor. E has knowledge of both Physics and Chemistry. D isn’t residing adjacent to the vacant floor. The floor in which A teaches is above both the vacant floors. A also has knowledge of both Physics and English. C has knowledge of English and one other subject other than Chemistry.
