Sixteen children A through P are staying in sixteen blocks, which are having only east face, in four rows and four columns, The blocks are painted in one of the colours among red, blue, green and yellow such that in each column and in each row no two blocks are painted in the same colour.
 To the right of a block means, to the south of the block. To the left a block means to the north of the block. Ahead means to the east. Behind means to the west. Adjacent block is defined as the block which is immediately right or immediately left or, immediately ahead or immediately behind to a particular block.
We Know the following
additional information.
(i) Each of the corner
blocks are painted in either green or yellow colour.
(ii) A, B, C, D, are
staying in the four middle blocks and A’s block, which is painted in yellow, is
adjacent to the blocks of B and C.
(iii) P’s block which is
painted in yellow, is to the immediate left of M’s block which is to the
immediate ahead of D’s block.
(iv) The blocks of E and
F are in the same columns, and G is staying in blue coloured block, which is
the third block behind the block of I.
(v) J, K and L are
staying in the same coloured blocks and J’s block is the second block behind
the block of P. (vi) H’s block is to the right of N’s block and L’s block is in front of
the block of E.
